First cook the long grain rice in the rice stove until soft. Meanwhile, boil the stock in a separate pot.
Now peel and finely chop the fresh onions. Peel the fresh carrots and cut them into thin slices. Then wash the chili peppers, cut them in half, remove the seeds and dice them finely. Then clean, roast and slice the mushrooms. Now sauté the onion cubes in a deep pan with a little oil for about 5 minutes before adding the rest of the vegetables. Fry for another 5 minutes and then deglaze with the stock. Cook without lid for about 15 minutes until soft. Once the rice is cooked, add it to the vegetables. Stir in the curry powder and the cream, and now season with salt and pepper.
