SPEKULATIUS ICE CREAM – deliciously cold and of course with a Christmas flavour! And the best thing is: you don’t need so many ingredients and with the ice cream maker, the speculoos ice cream almost makes itself.
Preparation time: in total approx. 60 minutes in total Servings: for approx. 8 scoops
Ingredients:
200 g speculoos
125 ml milk
350 ml cream
80 g brown sugar
1 egg
Preparation:
Finely crumble the gingerbread and set aside. Add milk, cream, brown sugar and the egg to a tall bowl and mix with a stick blender. Now fold in the ginger[1]bread pieces and leave everything to cool to refrigerator temperature. Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker and let it freeze until it reaches the desired consistency (about 30-45 minutes).
