Everyone For the holiday we have a delicious fish recipe for you. It doesn´t take long and tastes really great. This goes well with boiled potatoes.
Preparation time: in total approx. 25 minutes
Servings: about 4 portions
Ingredients:
4 redfish fillets
1/4 liter vegetable broth
Salt
Pepper
Grated nutmeg
1 organic lemon
2 garlic cloves
2 spring onions
Sage leaves
Some butter
150 ml red wine
Fresh white bread or potatoes
Preparation
Put 1/4 liter of broth in the pot of the steam pressure cooker, place the portafilter and perforated insert in the pot. Place the fish in there, cover with the herbs and season. Close the lid and valve. Press the Fish and Start/Stop button.
Sauté garlic, sage and onions in a pan for about 1 minute, stirring. Pour in the wine and bring to a boil. Dice some butter and beat into the sauce. Season with lemon zest and 2 tablespoons lemon juice, salt, pepper and spread over the fish. Serve immediately. Fresh white bread goes best with this.
