Preparation time: in total approx. 45 minutes
Servings: for approx. 6 persons (5 pieces each per serving)
Ingredients:
1 pk. vanilla sugar
1 pinch of salt
3 eggs
1 pk baking soda
50 ml oil, neutral
250 ml milk
130 g icing sugar
200 g dark chocolate
Preparation:
Sift flour into a bowl and mix with the baking powder. Add icing sugar, vanilla sugar, milk, eggs, oil and salt and process into a smooth dough.
Heat up the donut maker and brush with a little oil. Place about 1 tbsp dough in each of the recesses provided for this purpose. Close the device and bake the donuts for about 3-4 minutes. Continue this way until all the dough has been used up.
Glaze donuts with melted dark chocolate and decorate as you like.
