What would you say makes the perfect burger? The sauce or the topping? These are also important, but the burger is only good with the perfectly juicy patty. And if this is still homemade, everyone’s mouth is watering. Here you will find a suitable recipe:
Preparation time: in total approx. 15 minutes in total Servings: approx. 8 patties
Ingredients:
600g beef filet
300g pork belly fat, smoked
1 large onion
1 roll from the day before
1 clove of garlic
1 egg
Salt, pepper, paprika powder
Nutmeg, marjoram
1 tbsp mustard
Milk
Bread flour
Oil
Preparation:
First, soak the bun in a little warm milk. Cut the beef fillet into pieces about 3 cm in size. Likewise – as a flavor carrier – the bacon. Cut the onion into pieces, peel the garlic. Add the meat together with the onion pieces and the garlic to the meat grinder, with the soaked bun. Finally, add with egg and, if necessary – as desired – milk and season with spices.
The patties are now shaped in the desired size and fried crispy with a little oil in the pan.
