Ingredients:
400 ml heavy cream
4 tbsp. nut nougat cream
200 ml rum
3 tsp. gingerbread spice
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 sachet vanilla sugar
Preparation:
Heat heavy cream in a small saucepan. Add the nut nougat cream and let it melt. Then, remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the remaining ingredients. Afterwards, blend thoroughly with a hand blender and pour into hot rinsed bottles of 300 ml each.
The gingerbread liqueur will keep for about 2 weeks if stored in the refrigerator.
