300 g celery approx. half a perennial
150 g apple with peel (medium apple)
20 g lemon with zest (one slice)
10 g mint 1 large sprig
5 g ginger
Preparation:
If necessary, cut off the end of the celery sticks. Wash all ingredients well. Cut celery into pieces about 4-6 cm long. Cut the apple into eighths or suitable for the filling shaft of the juicer. Gradually add all ingredients to the filling shaft of your slow juicer and press to the pressing plant with the corresponding pusher.
