Preparation time: in total approx. 15 minutes in total Servings: 12 waffles
Ingredients:
125g butter
75g sugar
1 pck. vanilla sugar
1/2 pinch of salt
3 eggs, separated
250 g flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
250 ml milk
125 ml mineral water
Preparation:
Beat the egg whites stiffly. Stir butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt until creamy. Add the egg yolk and beat until the sugar has melted. Mix flour and baking powder, sift and alternately add with the milk and stir. Then stir in the mineral water. Finally, fold in the beaten egg whites. Bake in the waffle iron.
Tip: Sprinkle baked waffles with icing sugar, add a few fresh raspberries and some maple syrup.
