Do you buy fresh bread at the bakery every day? Why not just bake your own? We’ll show you how to make your own wholemeal bread using our BM 3:
Preparation time: in total approx. 3 hours 45 minutes Servings: for approx. 750 g bread
Ingredients:
350 ml water
1 tbsp sugar beet syrup
1 tsp salt
300 g wholemeal rye flour type 1150
100 g spelt flour type 630
1 tsp sourdough extract
1 tsp dry yeast
Preparation:
Open the lid and remove the baking dish by turning it to the left. This is important so that no ingredients get into the baking chamber or onto the heating elements. Insert the dough hook. It is important that the hook is correctly placed on the shaft at the bottom of the baking dish. If the hook is not placed correctly, the ingredients cannot be mixed sufficiently. Now pour the ingredients into the baking tin in the order described below. All ingredients should be at room temperature.
Tip: Fill the flour into the baking tin and make a small hole in the middle, fill in the yeast there. If the yeast comes into contact with water before kneading, the bread may not rise. Therefore, the yeast should always be added last. ????
