20 g tumeric root (alternatively 1 tsp curcuma spice)
0,5 l milk (or a vegan alternative such as almond milk)
1/4 tsp coconut oil
2 tsp honey
a pinch of cinnamon
a pinch of pepper
Preparation:
Peel and finely grate ginger and turmeric root. Then, slowly heat milk in a saucepan, but do not boil. Finally, add all ingredients in a blender and mix well!
Good to know: As the turmeric root stains very quickly, it should ideally be peeled in gloves.
